| Description (Service) | Designed for children who have a developmental disability including autism who are eligible for funding support through the Special Services at Home Program (SSAH) or, Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities(ACSD). The program offers help to clients and families to hire and sustain fee for service workers. Support is provided in Hastings, Prince Edward, Lennox and Addington counties. Apply by phone or by appointment, self referral or consent prior to referral. Also provide assistance to access respite services.com website. |
