|Description (Service)||A Committee of local agencies work together to provide three options for families which include Host Family, Summer Respite and Group Care. CLPE coordinates the Host Family Program in Hastings and Prince Edward Counties. Staff recruit and screen potential respite providers, facilitate a match between approved providers and families to organize respite one weekend a month for children 0-18 years of age with multiple disabilities.|

Children 0-18 with disabilities that meet the criteria of the program.
|Application||A referral package, which includes a risk assessment, is completed with the parent by a community agency and submitted to the committee for approval. Families can call CLPE for details.
Potential Respite Providers can call CLPE for an application package and screening information or visit their website.
