Description and Services
Description (Service) A licensed provider, recruits families to become licensed home providers for children and youth with disabilities * Undergo a home study and agency approval process * Once a child/youth is matched with an approved Associate Family, the Associate Family will be provided the necessary in-home and respite supports to ensure the success of this placement * Works closely with the Associate Family to ensure a successful transition back to the birth family or the continuation of a successful placement * Children/youth will be supported in seven key dimensions: health, education, family and social relationships, social identity, emotional and behavioral development and self-care skills.
