Description and Services
Description (Service) Monthly support groups for stroke survivors and stroke caregivers led by a trained facilitator. "Living with Stroke" education sessions once a year. Three different groups meet monthly stroke survivors * caregivers * couples * young survivors. Community information sessions, First Steps group, Life Goes On group and Aphasia Conversation Groups for survivors.
