Description (Service) Interdisciplinary family health clinic * primary family health care to the community serving patients where the family health provider is a Nurse Practitioner * access to care that includes nurse practitioners, registered nurses, a pharmacist, a dietitian, a social worker and a chiropractor who are supported by a Chief Nurse Practitioner/Clinic Director, Administrative Lead, and administrative support staff * two collaborating physicians who support the team
Hours Mon, Thu 8:30 am- 4:30 pm (First and Third Thursday of the month, 8:30 am- 8:30 pm) * Tue 8:30 am- 8:30 pm * Wed 7:30 am- 4:30 pm * Fri 8:30 am- 12 noon * Second and Fourth Saturday of the month, 8:30 am- 4:30 pm  
 
Closed 12 noon-1 pm Daily. Phones are not answered the last hour of each day.
