Individuals 16 and older diagnosed with mental illness including:  
* schizophrenia 
* manic depression 
* chronic depression 
* severe anxiety disorder 
* obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) 
Client must also have difficulty managing daily life and have experienced long term difficulties with the illness
