Description (Service) | Gentle fitness classes for older adults who want to improve their strength and balance and move around more * weekly hour long classes led by trained community volunteers or staff Gentle classes are for people who are worried about their balance and who can: stand on one leg for 20 seconds * climb 10 stairs * stand for 20 minutes * walk one block without losing their breath or sitting down |
