Description (Service) | Provides the following programs and services: * Family Home Program provides an opportunity to live in a family setting to adults who for a variety of reasons cannot or choose not to live independently, or with natural family * Group Living provides support to a small group of people in an agency owned home in which 24 hour support is provided * Community Options provides a variety of community based activities to persons 19 years of age and over in the neighborhood where they live * Supported Independant Living promotes the choice of living independently within the community * People supported through SIL often live in an apartment either on their own or with a roommate or partner 8 Community Respite Service provide an opportunity for planned relief for families and caregivers based on their individual needs and circumstances |
