Description (Service) Financial assistance and employment supports for eligible participants, to foster client independence while providing an opportunity to contribute to the community.
Sup. Description Information that must be provided at the Verification Interview for all persons in your household: proof of birth * SIN number * Health Number * verification of all income * verification of all assets * 30 days of most recent bank transactions * rent report (landlord to complete) * verification of all shelter expenses * school verification for children under 18 years of age * medical verification if not able to participate in employment or training activities. You will also be asked to provide consent for the collection of third party information to verify your eligibility.
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4 pm

Eligibility Clients need to meet eligibility criteria as defined in the Ontario Works Legislation and Act and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
