Technology training and support for seniors offered by newcomer volunteers * beneficial intercultural and knowledge exchange for both parties * Instructor-led workshops (5-7 participants) and 1:1 training and support sessions on a variety of topics, including: 
* Staying safe on the Internet 
* Using a public computer safely 
* Spotting phishing and other scams 
* Troubleshooting common computer problems 
* Facebook and YouTube 
* Using a virus checker 
* Communicating by text on your phone 
* How to use video chat 
* Music and the Internet 
* Using the Internet to help you cook
