Drop in centre * out of the cold program * provides referrals to housing, mental health, physical health, and any other services identified by individual clients * provides on site medical attention to those suffering from minor health ailments * harm reduction services Partnership between Kingston Community Health Centres - Street Health Centre, Home Base Housing, Frontenac Paramedic Services, and Providence Cares at Risk Mental Health Outreach Team |
