Services include: 
* psychotherapy

* therapeutic Yoga instruction 
* meditation group 
* SMART (Self-management and recovery training) group for addictions 
* women's peer support group 
* monthly community workshops: mental health themes/issues
Hours Mon-Sun 9 am-9 pm 
 
Meditation group: Sun 7:30 pm-8:30 pm 
SMART recovery group: every other Sun 6 pm-7 pm 
Women's peer support group: Second Thu of the month, 7 pm-8:30 pm 
Community workshops: Fourth Thu of the month, 7 pm-8:30 pm
