Description (Service) COVID-19 (23 Apr 2020) Family Mediation Worker and Prevention Diversion Worker continue to provide support to families and youth via phone, text, and email. For their safety and yours, they are unable to meet with clients face-to-face until further notice * if experiencing difficulties at home or at-risk of homelessness, please contact Family Mediation Worker, Vivienne by calling 613-572-6977 or sending an email at Youth facing eviction or in need of help navigating mental health or addictions support, call Mitchell at 613-572-6018 or email at

Outreach support program aiming to prevent youth homelessness * offers immediate crisis intervention and access to long-term supports * helps to address family breakdown, youth/parent conflict, and general communication difficulties that may leave youth at a greater risk of entering homelessness
