Description (Service) Two transitions homes: one for 16-24 yrs old and another for 16-19 yrs old (total 11 bedrooms) * program length is up to 12 months * participants work with youth counsellors on accessing school, work or volunteer opportunities through the day * during the evening, youth learn transferable life skills such as cooking, cleaning, budgeting and overall health * affordable, inclusive rent for a fully furnished room, cable,phone and wi-fi
