Description (Service) Youth focused organization * operates two open custody and open dentention programs, Park Place for Youth in Peterborough and Talitha House in Ottawa (see separate listings) * transitional housing programs in Cornwall * rental units with connections support: established partnerships with landlords who are willing to rent to youth with complex needs * evidence-based programs 
 
Youth Now Connections: one-on-one support to youth and those responsible for their care * staff provides a combination of therapeutic supports, life skills training, and system navigation * trained in suicide prevention and crisis intervention 
 
Youth Now Farm: farming project * joins agricultural activities with youth engagement, youth skills development, mentor-ship and employment opportunities
