Description (Service) | COVID-19 (26 May 2020) CMHA branches are open but many are offering alternative service delivery at this time. Service delivery may be in person, by phone or the following virtual ways: PCVC – Personal computer video conferencing OTN – Ontario Telemedicine Network ZOOM – Video/web conferencing platform For more information about these virtual platforms contact your local CMHA branch using the drop down list Intensive Case Management programs support adults with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders including Court Diversion/Support, Family Support Services, Supportive Employment and Supportive Housing. This service sees clients in their homes and in the community Resource Centers provide day programming for adults with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders as well as those socially isolated Mental Health Promotion provides workshops on a variety of mental health topics |
Hours | COVID-19 Administration Mon-Fri 8:30 am-12 noon, 1 pm-4:30 pm * Intensive Case Managers work flexible hours including evenings to meet needs of clients * Resource Centers have various hours |

Eligibility | Ages: 16 year(s) and up Adults and youth 16 years and older, with a serious mental illness and/or concurrent disorders for the Intensive Case Management Services and Peer Resource Centres. No restrictions for Mental Health Promotion Workshops. |
Application | Referrals to Intensive Case Management Services and Resource Centers can be made by self, family, hospital staff, physician, psychiatrist, mental health, and other social service agency.
