| Description (Service) | Recovery program * 32-bed inpatient unit * provides recovery focused treatment within a six month average length of stay for clients suffering with severe and persistent mental illness * the interdisciplinary team supports each patient in helping to determine goals which will facilitate patients in moving back into the community to live as independently as possible * patients may access available community supports while in the program Staffed by a interdisciplinary team including: psychiatrists * nurses * personal care attendants * occupational and recreation therapists * social workers * peer support worker |
