Description (Service) Provides information to consumers and businesses through an automated voice-processing system. Consumer Services Officers also provide advice and information to consumers about their rights and responsibilities in the marketplace. 
Mediates written complaints relating to car repairs * acting and modeling schools * home renovations * loan brokers * fitness clubs * collection agencies * paving and lawn care contracts * Internet purchases * Also monitors the marketplace to identify emerging scams and trends.
