Leaders are trained volunteers who offer information, peer-support groups and telephone counselling to breastfeeding women. Mothers do not need to be members to receive telephone help. Conferences for parents are held periodically. Health professional seminars are also offered. |

There are no office hours, calls will be returned between 9 am-9 pm
Informal discussion groups led by a trained La Leche League Leader meet monthly in Ottawa and region, including Manotick, Winchester, Arnprior and Aylmer. |
