Description (Service)Drop-in multi-service centre providing free services to: pregnant and parenting youth 13-25 years old * their partners * their children under the age of 6 
 
Programs and services: parenting * self-esteem * anger management * stress management * healthy relationships * individual counselling * prenatal nutrition * well baby clinics * prenatal classes * play group * respite and enriched child care * housing support * employment counselling * Independent Learning Centre support (for people working on high school credits) * food bank * clothing support * Emergency Baby Cupboard (diapers, baby food, formula, cereal, etc.) * Well Family Clinic * access to sexual health nurse * access to family doctor for pregnant/parenting youth and their children who have no family doctor * fathering programs
HoursAdministration Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm * Food Bank Fri 11:30 am-12 noon, every second Fri of the month * Emergency Baby Cupboard Fri 11:30 am-12:30 pm * Learning Coach Program Mon 1 pm-3 pm, Tue-Thu 9 am-3 pm, Fri 9am-12 noon
