Description (Service) Encourages participation in the sport of wheelchair basketball throughout eastern Ontario and western Quebec * competitive and recreational basketball programs according to needs and interests of members * actively pursues involvement with the community to promote familiarization with wheelchair sports and to educate the public about the abilities and capabilities of persons with a disability * supports competitive team, The Royals, as well as a recreational league and a junior program in the city of Ottawa.
