Application For market rent, call or e-mail to obtain an application. Submit the completed application form with administration fee (mandatory criminal check fee additional) and required documents to the office. Only completed forms with required attachments are accepted. 
For Rent-Geared-to-Income units, call The Social Housing Registry of Ottawa at 613-526-2088.
