We will provide services as much as possible by telephone, email, video, etc Free legal help to people of low income Specializes in problems involving: landlord and tenant law * social assistance * immigration * employment insurance * Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) * Canada Pension Plan (CPP) Also provides education on legal matters and is involved in various law reform issues Queer Refugee Hearings Program: in partnership with Capital Rainbow Refugee * hearing assistance to individuals claiming refugee protection based on sexual orientation, gender identity, and expression |
