Many of the programs and services are currently suspended or changed to phone appointments until further notice. Integrated health and social services * team includes family physicians, nurse practitioners, clinical nurses, mental health counsellors, health educators, foot care nurse, nutritionists and chiropodist, anonymous human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) walk-in clinic, SITE clean needle and syringe service |
