National office offers members the latest in medical research, support through parent and adult women meetings, programs, local events and fundraising activities, monthly e-bulletins, quarterly national newsletters and online support forum 
 
Each chapter may offer monthly parent and adult women support meetings and events for families and friends. We have chapters in Victoria and Vancouver B.C.; Calgary and Edmonton Alberta; South Western area, Toronto, Windsor and Ottawa Ontario; Quebec chapter and Charlottetown Prince Edward Island.
