Description (Service) | Program offers screening and /or assessment for psychotic disorders by a multidisciplinary team * Education, support and outpatient care are also offered for both patient and family for an up-to-three-year period depending on the individual, and on the needs of the family * Care includes: family-focused case management * medical interventions * group and family therapy * inpatient care is available as indicated * psychological or social work assessments are also available as indicated |
