| Description (Service) | Intensive mental health case management services for youth & adults * limited permanent affordable housing options * Housing options: Supported/furnished rent geared-to-income apartments for men and women. Individuals in the residential units live independently in the community and receive support and counselling from mental health professionals as needed. Note: * housing is only available to clients currently receiving services * Mental health family focus case management program offers mental health supports based on the strengths based model, with the individual as primary client * services are extended to encompass the nuclear family where appropriate and approved by the primary client * Psychiatric Assessment Clinic operates 3 days a month |
