The general public, landed immigrants, refugees and new Canadians 18 years and over.
Application VIsit website for registration details. A proof of address and a proof of status in Canada (citizenship card, immigration papers, birth certificate) is required. Assessment by Y Language Assessment Centre is required for new students.
