Description (Service) Offers French as a Second Language (FSL) and English as a Second Language (ESL) courses to the public. These courses are free for immigrants and refugees and are offered at several locations.

Application See website for registration details. A proof of address and a proof of status in Canada (citizenship card, immigration papers, birth certificate) is required. Assessment by Y Language Assessment Centre is required for new students.
