| Description (Service) | Peer support organization for parents of children and youth up to 25 years of age who are experiencing mental health and/or addiction challenges Services include: * a telephone helpline offering support and system navigation assistance to families * several peer support groups for parents and caregivers throughout the Champlain LHIN region * one-on-one intensive, mobile peer support for parents/caregivers with diminished capacity to cope with events surrounding their child or youth's mental health challenges |
