Service/Program DescriptionCollects and resells donated goods to underprivileged and financially challenged people with life's necessities at affordable costs * creates employment opportunities in their retail outlet, sorting facility and pick-up services 
 
* Free relief service with no demands made to individuals in distress through disaster or extreme financial difficulty * these necessities are provided free, based on the need (closely monitored) with written referral from any social services agency, government or private 
 
* Pick-up service: clothing (bagged) * shoes * linen * tools * toys (not broken) * books (no encyclopaedia, Reader’s Digest condensed books, textbooks or magazines) * housewares * kitchenware (small appliances in working condition) * knick knacks and furniture (upholstered furniture and beds – no rips or stains) * always urgently needed: single and double beds, small kitchen tables, chairs, Tall Boy dressers
