Description and Services
Description (Service) Interactive workshop series helping people with chronic conditions better manage their symptoms and daily life * group meets once a week over six weeks * skills taught include: healthy eating, exercise, pain and fatigue management, stress management, communicating with a healthcare professional, managing medications, and planning and problem solving * participants take an active role in the workshop 
 
Workshops are offered across the city in a variety of languages * program managed by Elisabeth Bruyère Hospital
Hours Mon, Thu 9 am-5 pm * Tue-Wed 9 am-8 pm * Fri 9 am-4 pm
