| Description (Service) | Psychiatric assessment, treatment and rehabilitation centre for adults and youth with serious and complex mental illnesses. Priority is to provide highly specialized assessment, intensive and longer-term treatment, rehabilitation, crisis, outreach and consultative services. These are offered on an inpatient, day-patient, outpatient and community basis. Services are provided through the following programs: * Substance Use and Concurrent Disorders (ext 6508) * Forensic Program (ext 6366) * Family Court Clinic (ext 6400) * Outpatient referrals (ext 6211) * Geriatric Psychiatry Program (ext 6507) * Youth Program * Mood Disorders Program (ext 6430, 7025, 6225) * Anxiety Disorders Program (ext 6712) * Schizophrenia Program (ext 6502) * Sleep Lab (ext 6248) * Ottawa Operational Stress Injury Clinic * Patient Representative Provides tertiary specialized mental health assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for adults and adolescents in an inpatient, outpatient and community-based setting. |
