Description and Services
Description (Service) Individualized assessment, injury-specific treatment, functionally oriented exercises, education and prevention with the aim of restoring clients to their pre-accident status
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Kingston ; Lennox and Addington County
Eligibility Any person suffering from an injury sustained in a motor vehicle accident including musculoskeletal injuries, spinal cord injury, vestibular disorders and amputations * patients must be able to attend therapy  
appointments at the hospital and must not be receiving occupational therapy services in the community
Application Written physician's referral is required * notice must have been given to the auto insurance company within 30 days of the accident
