Description (Service) Works with the key people in a child's or adult's life, teaching them new skills and ways of responding that will encourage positive behaviour change. 
Reinforcement techniques * the client, family and teacher or supervisor work as a team to set goals to meet the clients needs * consultations available for agencies and the public
