Offers supportive services to caregivers of adults living with Alzheimer disease or related cognitive impairments, frail adults and adults with physical challenges * services include professional assessment and ongoing support to caregivers: in-home respite * caregiver support and counselling via home visits or support groups * caregiver training, information and education, individual or group sessions * music and memories luncheons: monthly half-day program for admissible participants and family members * caregiver programs: special events providing rest, relaxation * caregiver support groups |
