Description (Service) Companionship program offering a regular visit to seniors or adults with physical disabilities who are socially isolated * visits can entail an activity (card game, gardening, etc.) or conversation, based on client's preference * volunteers matched with clients based on shared interests
Hours Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Lanark County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties
Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up 
 
Socially isolated seniors who are not mobile enough to socialize outside their home * volunteers should be 18 years or older * screening process required for volunteering
