| Description (Service) | COVID-19 (25 Mar 2020) all appointments will be changed to a phone appointment * physician will call clients at the time of their appointment (the call may show as No Caller ID). Clients who are to be seen in person must stay in their car with their cell phone until they are called in the clinic. Screening will take place upon arrival and client will be handed a mask, asked to wash their hands and asked to maintain the social distancing regulation. Evenings clinic will be by appointments only, there will be no walk-in clinic until further notice. The clinic is not equipped to test for Covid-19.
