Description (Service) | COVID-19 (April 30, 2020): Program still running * some follow-up services are being conducted slightly differently, but are still fully accessible Specialized medical treatment program for sexual assault and domestic violence victims * provides medical and nursing care including: * testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infection * provision of birth control * forensic collection and documentation in the form of the sexual assault evidence kit (SAEK) and forensic photography * crisis counseling * safety planning * medical and social assistance follow-up with victims sexually assaulted or physically/emotionally assaulted by an intimate partner |
