Description (Service) Volleyball programs and leagues * training and competitive opportunities * all teams play in the Ontario Volleyball and Volleyball Canada System and typically practice 2-3 times per week * expert driven and supervised weight workouts are included in the high performance stream * development stream for less committed athletes in the younger age groups * house league for 9 to 13-year-olds and includes 45 minutes of instruction and 45 minutes of play weekly * extensive beach programming in the spring and summer
