Description (Service) COVID-19 (26 Mar 2020): Due to COVID19, groups, workshops and programming is postponed until further notice. Appointments will be rescheduled or conducted by phone, unless deemed urgent by provider(s). 
Nutritional counselling services * offered by registered dietitians * provides individual and group nutrition counselling for a variety of health and nutrition issues including weight management, heart health, diabetes, prenatal nutrition, infant and childhood nutrition, adolescent nutrition issues, and eating well on a budget * speakers bureau available 
Other nutrition-related services include: Living Well with Diabetes education program, Cooking For One or Two, Feeding Your Family and several community-driven food security initiatives
