Description (Service) COVID-19 (10 Apr 2020): Program suspended until further notice. Anyone with an existing appointment will be contacted.

Provides a single point of access for referrals to preschool speech and language system in Kingston, Frontenac, and Lennox & Addington (KFL&A) * provides information, referrals, assessments and treatment for preschool children whose speech and language development has not reached normal milestones

Eligibility Ages: 5 year(s) and under 
 
Children from birth to junior kindergarten who have speech and language difficulties or who may be at risk for developing speech-language difficulties
