Description (Service) | COVID-19 (10 Apr 2020): Organisation continue to provide home visits when feasible. If a nurse or family home visitor is not able to visit, they will connect with families directly, such as by phone. Families can call the Healthy Babies Healthy Children intake line for information at 613-549-1232, ext. 1524 Home visiting program for families who are expecting, or with children from birth to transition to school * our home visiting team consists of registered nurses and family home visitors (parenting peer support) * helps families with having a healthy pregnancy, being a parent, helping their children grow, finding helpful services in their community, feeding their baby, mental and physical well-being, and others |
