Description (Service) Provides in-depth assessment, consultation and treatment to people with severe personality disorders * psycho-educational group (Managing Powerful Emotions Group), electronic psycho-educational group (Electronic Managing Powerful Emotions Group (E-MPE)), mindfulness group, communication skills group (People Skills (Interpersonal Effectiveness)), outpatient day program (Chrysalis Day Program), addiction group (Seeking Safety Group), consultation and education* detailed descriptions of each service is available on the website

Areas Served Frontenac County ; Leeds and Grenville United Counties ; Lennox and Addington County
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up 
Non-psychotic adults and youth 16 years and older with a severe personality disorder
Application Referrals accepted from family physicians, psychiatrists, and community mental health agencies * when a community mental health worker refers, the referral should be endorsed by the family physician whenever possible * see website for more details
