Description (Service) Home support provides services to clients in their homes and in retirement homes 
 
Services are designed for clients needing short or long-term support: 
* help with activities of daily living, personal care and housekeeping as well as respite for caregivers 
* light housekeeping 
* meal preparation 
* personal care 
* family relief 
* attendant care 
 
Government funded nursing: 
* palliative care 
* advanced wound care 
* advanced foot care 
* IV therapy 
* health education 
* pre and post-op care 
* chronic disease management 
* medication reconciliation
Hours Administration Mon-Sun 6:30 am-8:30 pm * On call Manager and Nurse on call Mon-Sun 24 hours

Eligibility Individuals of all ages who are disabled, ill, chronically or terminally ill, post op, or in need of care in their home
