Description (Service) Province-wide program that loans ventilators, bilevel positive airway pressure devices (with back-up rate function), oxygen saturation monitors, in-exsufflators and other related equipment for in-home use * repairs and maintenance available for loaned equipment * upon its return, equipment is cleaned and disinfected and prepared for the next client

Eligibility Permanent residents of Ontario with a valid health card approved for funding assistance by the Assisted Devices Program (ADP)
Application Physicians must request equipment on behalf of their patients * Ventilator Equipment Pool will then ship the items to the referring health care agency for training on the equipment's use and care or to the client's home if training has already been provided
