Description (Service) Occupational therapy services * helps clients to develop an independent lifestyle despite changes brought about by aging, chronic conditions, injury, disability, illness or emotional problems * assists in the areas of self-care activities, leisure time activities and work/school/volunteer activities * offers Falls Risk Assessment, and Falls Prevention Information, Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) Activities of Daily Living (ADL) Assessments, Assistive Devices Program (ADP) Mobility Assessments, Coping with Chronic Conditions and Successful Aging Strategies * visits available at home, work or in the community * speakers bureau available
