Description (Service) | Advocacy and support to youth and youth at risk, and assessment and referral services for youth and families Services include: * Youth Justice Committee * short-term mentoring program * ten-week cognitive skills group offered in schools and other sites * School and Non Academic Program (SNAP) * substance use and addictions counselling (offered in schools and in-office appointments) * Mediating through Empowering using Nurturing Dialogue (MEND) * Youth Outreach Worker Program and early intervention and referral program * volunteering opportunities |
