Description (Service) Provides equal opportunities to individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families to achieve independence and social acceptance. 
Services include: individualized support for daily living tasks * life skills training * community integration initiatives * supported community employment opportunities * in-school support * job coaching * social, recreational and leisure activities * job skills training * home sharing
