Eligibility Individuals who are unable to use Kingston Transit due to disability or medical conditions * Qualifying for ODSP does not automatically qualify for Kingston Access Services.
Application Complete an application form with information on disabilities/medical conditions * Healthcare Practitioner must complete part of application form * Applicant may be required to come to KAS offices to do eligibility assessment.
