Description (Service) COVID-19 (26 Mar 2020): The Street Health Centre remains open during COVID19 until further notice. Individuals are screened upon arrival.  
Primary goal is to strengthen the capacity of the local community to respond the health and social needs of people living with the Hepatitis C virus, as well as those at risk of contracting it * support and information about Hepatitis C * presentations or an in-service for agencies
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm * Sat-Sun 9 am-1 pm
Areas Served Frontenac County ; Kingston ; Lennox and Addington County
Eligibility People who are homeless, marginalized population, recently released from prison, sex trade workers, and/or users of street drugs
